Independent Studies are a supervised project study that can be used either within the scope of 3 ECTS credits or 6 ECTS credits, respectively. The total duration of the project should not exceed one semester. Topics
Students work on a problem in the scope of research interests in Knowledge Technology, typically trying out novel methodology or conducting some research. Students may suggest their own topic, or topics may be suggested from Knowledge Technology members, or inspired by the Publications or Theses Offers, as long as they can be scaled to within the respective scope of an Independent Study.
